"Wellx Case Study: Hustle and Smile", by INSEAD Professor Claudia Zeisberger and David Munro, follows the journey of Wellx, the Middle East first prevention-focused insurtech startup. They started with the notion that encouraging people to take better care of themselves could improve the nation's health, and that insurance companies were the ideal source of this incentive.

The case is an excellent resource for diving into the challenges first-time founders face starting a new business – when to pivot or stay the course, whether to expand regionally or remain domestic.
