Summary

Despite a number of minority acquisitions in the Asia Pacific region, Optus was the first foreign carrier of which SingTel had control. Case B establishes the capabilities within SingTel’s regional portfolio and the initial steps taken by the company to realise the cross-border synergies and advantages of regional scale and scope.
