The case study follows E.ON, the German energy utility, on its ‘data’ journey and explores the challenges and lessons encountered while integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its operations as it prepares for the global ‘energy transition’.

Beneath the glamorous veneer, the luxury and fashion industry puts tremendous stress on creative directors.

The case follows the progress of a year-long multi-module 'Make a Difference' programme for all 70 employees of Best Western Italy, the European operations and reservations centre for Best Western International, a global hotel group.
