You are a member of the board of directors of NLInvest, a government agency promoting foreign direct investment. You are preparing for an emergency board meeting that has been called by the chair to discuss two items: • The acquisition of a building by the Agency that took place two years ago. At that time, the CEO obtained an authorisation without following the required procedures, potentially compromising the reputation of the then board chair and the board as a whole. • The fate of the incumbent CEO. You will participate in a simulated board meeting along with other participants, each of them playing a role of a director
