    Professor Chengyi Lin is an expert in teaching innovation – be it online, hybrid or experiential learning. Together with Peter Zemsky, Deputy Dean and Dean of Innovation, he has led INSEAD’s digital transformation and has crafted a portfolio of online programmes and organisational capabilities. These programmes have won more than 12 prestigious awards over four consecutive years, establishing INSEAD as a global leader in online executive education since 2014.

    Among the companies for whom INSEAD has developed Customer Online Programmes, Microsoft and Schneider Electric provide the corporate settings for two of Chengyi’s recent cases, co-authored with Benjamin Kessler.

    We are delighted to shine the spotlight on Michaël Bikard, Associate Professor of Strategy at INSEAD. Michael’s research and teaching focus on innovation, creativity, and technological change. To understand the obstacles that hinder the emergence of new ideas, he examines the work of scientists and inventors, in academia and in firms, striving for innovative performance on the frontier of science and technology. Michaël Bikard is one of the INSEAD pioneers of “mini-cases” – short, one-page scenarios designed to spur discussion in the classroom.
